Reviews and Ratings
The room was a bit small for the price, and the bathroom even smaller. It was disappointing to find out they don't offer smoking rooms. However, compared to the rooms at the Hilton where I usually stay, it was a fair replacement.
My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were small, dusty, and with a slight odor, but the location was quite good, near downtown and city center. The service was a mix of rude and wonderful, with some staff being attentive and friendly. The dining experience left much to be desired, being cold and with long waits in the mornings, but the facilities were adequate despite needing some freshening up.
Upon arrival, the room was neat and cold which I appreciated, but it was excrement small, had a lingering smoke smell, and I encountered issues with overcharging. The service for towels in the casino was friendly, but staff elsewhere were rude and unhelpful. The location was convenient for the thirteenth gate and local restaurants, despite some issues with the room walls. The dining experience in the atrium was enjoyable with delicious food. Overall, the facilities were lacking in several areas.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were very clean and comfortable, they were a bit on the smaller side, especially the bathroom. The staff, however, was incredibly friendly and nice. On the downside, the noise levels were quite high, but the hospitality suite offered a pleasant retreat from the clamor.
The hotel room was a bit small compared to what I'm used to at the Hilton, where I normally stay. However, it was very clean and considering the price of $123.00 a night, it could have been gorgeous. On the downside, the furniture looked dirty, all scraped up, and the room felt small, just not nice at all.
